Taylor Beth Gothard, Attorney

Taylor Beth was born and raised in Smith County, Tennessee. After graduating from Gordonsville Highschool in 2016, she moved to Cookeville to attend Tennessee Tech University.
In 2019, she began working for Attorney Joy Buck Gothard as a legal assistant. Through progression of her skills and knowledge, she was promoted to a law clerk. In 2020, Taylor Beth graduated from Tennessee Tech with a bachelor’s degree in Human Ecology with a concentration in Child Development and Family Relations. She then decided to further her education and pursue a career in law. In 2024, she graduated from Nashville School of Law and received her license to practice law. Taylor Beth is now a Lawyer in our office practicing in the areas of Estate Planning and Probate.
Taylor Beth and her husband, Adam Gothard, are residents of Baxter. Adam works for Tennessee Comptroller of the Treasury as a property assessor. Adam and Taylor Beth have two daughters, Riley Claire and Lilly Drew. Taylor Beth and her family are members of The River Community Church in Cookeville. In addition to her work here, Taylor Beth likes reading, listening to a variety of podcasts, spending time with her friends and family, attending sporting events, and cooking.
